Administration
1 Attendance pad team member
Check the attendance registration pads formissed sheets and replenish necessary cards.

Address envelopes and postcards and prepare greeting cards for mailing.

Perform general office skills to keep ministries operating timely.

Answer phones and greet visitors during staff meetings on Mondays and other times as-needed.
Buildings and Grounds Ministry

Repair appliances, as needed.

Perform repair and preventative maintenance on HVAC system, as needed.

Serve on weekend grounds keeping team using the push mower.
